Vodsel - Equinox

Single review by kev@thesoundofconfusion.co.uk

So you're all aware that today is the vernal equinox, right? The day when day and night are the exact same length? (Well technically day is longer, as the measurement is made from the centre of the sun, and when that drops below the horizon the top of the sun remains above, actual sunset is when the whole of the sun falls below the horizon, but we won't bore you with details.) Pagans everywhere will be doing things dressed in funny clothes near large ancient monuments, we'll all be proclaiming it the first day of spring and everyone will be happy.

Electro-pop duo Vodsel are so full of the joys of spring that, for this special day only, they're giving away a brand new track absolutely free, but only for today, so you snooze, you lose. 'Equinox' is a song about change and new beginnings and ties in perfectly with the various ideals and beliefs that some people have with the day. Or if you're not at all bothered about astronomy, rituals and the length of day and night then, look! Here's a free track from ace electro-pop duo Vodsel that's not on their album and it's only available for today, so grab it while it's hot!
