It seems that daily I come across another great band from Oz, and today is no exception as Bonjah landed. Bonjah deal in stripped-back, superior rock music. Latest single 'Evolution' runs on an irresistible groove and has a restrained, mature edge. It takes nods to the classic rock/soul of The Faces and Humble Pie, but dipped in an undeniable 21st century mix.
Singer Glen Mossop is in possession of one of those classic rock voices akin to fellow Aussie Jimmy Barnes. The whole song will get you dancing and takes those influences, adding some of their own magic. Bonjah give us a damn fine song.
