Not totally new to The Sound Of Confusion, we first heard Liverpool's Windmill when they released their debut single 'Birdman' earlier this year. Since then, the duo has fleshed out into a fuller band and are getting to work on their debut album. With follow-up single 'Where Are We Now' matching 'Birdman''s haunting richness, it could be quite something.
